Dec 7 | Seasonal Event Update | European Hot Hatch Championship

This is a race event for European cars.
The tire selection is free, and tuning is allowed up to 470PP.

Opponent cars will mostly be 416-427PP with sports/hard tires.

London 1.92 km / 1.19 mi | 5 laps | 9.60 km | 5.95 mi
Autumn Ring / Reverse 2.95 km / 1.83 mi | 5 laps | 14.75km | 9.15mi
Fuji Speedway F 4.56 km / 2.84 mi | 5 laps | 22.80km | 14.2mi
Rome 3.47 km / 2.16 mi | 5 laps | 17.35km | 10.8mi
Eifel (Kart) 110A | 5 Laps

The car list is a veritable alphanumeric soup, with a plethora of French front wheel drivers filling out the field of AI.

Here's a list of cars that meet the criteria, according to www.GTData.net

This is not a comprehensive list. GTData.net's definition of 'street' is not necessarily equal to the 'Normal car' restriction built in to the game and these vaules are for stock PP.

The Eifel Kart track is recycled from an earlier seasonal.

You could try Production=True, which may or may not help. Also, there is a body type spec that can be set to "Hatch". What does the game call normal that falls outside of this?

Production means actually made by a manufacturer and in manufacturer condition.

Street just means "designed for the street", as opposed to "for the track". This allows finer grained differentiation between concept and tuner cars.

Edit to say that I added the same mouseover explanations to those categories as is in the submission form.

The event title may say 'Hatch' but GT doesn't really know about those so I doubt bodystyle actually matters. In the A-spec one you can run a Z4 or 8C or Veyron.

It's not that I don't trust your (or our) work. I don't trust PD's.

Not complaining. Just explaining a non-obvious categorization and always looking to find omissions and bugs.

You're probably right that Production would have yielded a list that better matches PD's normal car list. If I ever get my hands on their master list, you'll be the first to know.
