I have internet issues at home preventing me from lurking/posting daily, however:

POST RIGHT HERE IF YOU WOULD OFTEN RACE GT5 HERE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT.

Thank you.

IDK if you guys remember me but i tried to run with you guys a few months ago. However, it was painfully clear I needed a little more practice. So i've been working on my braking, which was what was really holding me back, and I am ready to give it another shot. In the past, I have usually worked on fridays, but lately I've been unscheduled. So as long as that continues, I'm In.

Oh and if you guys get another series set up, can I know what car we will be using asap so I can get one broken in?

I remember. Tough to jump into a crowd of people who've been at it a while like we have (or had). Friday was always the best attendance night here.

If we're doing a series series I always have a week of lead time and a test event beforehand just for break-in purposes especially if the car(s) isn't sendable.

I was thinking FR-S/86GT (with the BRZ if it's as identical as its supposed to be) would be suitable for derusting ourselves. There's some similar cars in the game too (the FR-S and 86 are both 413pp stock) that may be useful to include just because they're sendable. Can have ABS until we want the extra challenge of 0ABS too.

I'd consider it, although I'd jump in pretty cold. Might make a nice short respite from packing.

I'm assuming stock, tire wear (yay!), full damage (yay!) and the like?

Careful, this is a clearly-posted no-swooning zone. Razz

I can't offer a timeline until my ISP and GT5 both fix their networking. BRZ/FR-S/86GT all feel like clones and have identical stats so they're definitely in. At least one of them was free along the way as well. Last time we ran the two non-Subarus and they were fun on Comfort Softs with no tuning.
I'd like to add a couple other cars that run the same pace (Crossfire, TT'03, Z4'03) but until I can test them in online free run they may or may not make it.

I'm more than willing to host, post results or anything else which might help.. I don't have the world's best connection speed, but it should suffice for a small-medium group

Awesome, a taker. Very Happy GTData is still offline, so no fancy event post, but are you good for this coming Friday?

Certainly, available Friday, car is Toybaruion, correct? Track(s) decided? I'll spend some time with the cars in the meantime, and will try to get a room up for practice tonight. I would assume tomorrow this week ( i totally knew it was Wednesday today) to be informal, due to short notice, actual series to start soon, let me know anything I can / should do to prepare.
