White E30 is best E30. Ahem, I mean Alpineweiss, because once you own a BMW you also have to speak BMW...
Dat scaffolding in a DD car... needs passenger seat for stripping lady friends of their undergarments while you tear around back country roads, otherwise, what point is there in owning one?

Latest news I read reported was: Coming off the ventilator and cranial pressure is stable. Good signs, still, head trauma like that is always serious and you never know.

http://www.roadandtrack.com/go/news/Schumacher-brain-surgery-ski-accident wrote:UPDATE - 11/1/2014: CNN reports that Michael Schumacher enters 2014 in critical but stable condition. The word comes via the retired F1 champion's manager, Sabine Kehm.
Doctors had no new comments. Schumacher remains in an induced coma in the wake of a severe head injury sustained on Sunday while skiing in the French Alps. He has undergone two brain surgeries since his arrival at the hospital in Grenoble.
CNN also reports that Kehm elaborated on the nature of the accident, which seems to have occurred at low speed and be somewhat freak in nature. After assisting another skier in his party who had fallen, Schumacher reportedly hit a hidden rock that sent him airborne. He then landed with the force of all his body weight on a second rock that caused the massive, life-threatening head injury.
As has been reported, Schumacher was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, without which he is unlikely to have survived on Sunday.
UPDATE - 12/31/2013:Doctors in Grenoble performed a second surgery on Michael Schumacher late Monday night, and as of Tuesday, his condition has improved slightly, but remains critical.
The Associated Press reports that doctors performed the operation after seeing brain scan results that displayed "surprising" improvement in terms of pressure on Schumacher's brain. That said, the retired F1 champion remains in a life-and-death battle.
Per Reuters, anesthesiologist Jean-Francois Payen told the media on Tuesday, "The situation is more under control than yesterday but we cannot say he is out of danger." Doctors appear, however, to have bought Schumacher some of the time they sought to get him at the outset of this unfolding medical drama. The second surgery allowed them to remove a large blood clot to further relieve pressure on his brain.
While this is good news, doctors still caution that it's too early to make a prognosis, and they won't speculate on neurological damage to the ex-racer. The situation is such that it can still change at any time.
That said, some positive news Tuesday morning is better than what we've seen the last two days.
