Had a great race last night. What cool little ugly cars lol. Lost the draft off the lead pack after the first 5 laps or so after VK got by me, but the Agent got out of shape right before the second tunnel and I spent the whole rest of the race trying to catch him. He didn't make any mistakes and surprisingly neither did I even as hard as I was pushing, so the gap didn't change much till the last few laps when I think tyres started to become more of a factor. I was reeling him in a little but by then it was the end. Only finished 18 seconds down so I'm real happy with that. Still need more time in traffic cuz I might have hung up front a bit longer with more experience.
Great race, good win Rack, and I'll see ya next Friday

great racing last night. car sure is fun in a pack. makes me smile in race, but snooze in practice. lol! made one mistake in race and it cost me draft from vk and lead pack. just before, i had lead for half of front straight. yay! fast drivers up there and thought i had a good chance. too late braking in a corner cost me chance. spent rest of race with map and rearview mirror racing. wall slowly catching me every lap. if 25 lap race, he would have had me. loosing much time on last corner. couldnt figure out how to stay fast through there. wall kept me sweating. fun to be racing him on radar!
look forward to next week, elise tonight, and rx-8 tomorrow

That was interesting. Funny to hear people downshift in different places going up the first hill.

Sorry to bail on the race last night. Brakes started dragging in practice, so I recalibrated the wheel and all seemed OK. After the first lap it became clear that the issue is real and not just a glitch. Gonna crack open the pedals later today and see what's up. Won't be racing much until I can get things sorted
On a brighter note, looked like some good times out there. Congrats to vk for staying with it and getting back into to lead pack.

Rack, could you upload the replay if it's no trouble?

Pretty sure I got mine if you're just looking for one from nearly up front.

Finally had a chance to watch the replay last night; what an eventful last 2 laps.
It made me quite happy to stay with the lead pack for a whole race for the first time. But to be honest the fact that fights for the lead slowed down the pack a few times helped as much as the draft.
In lap 14 I lost over 2s to the leaders after a stupid mistake in turn 1 but 2 laps later I caught up again.
Another first: thanks to draft I got the fastest lap of the race with a 1'39.485
Fun night, too bad I'll miss the next 2 races because of business travel
